PLUS Journal is the most competent specialized multiregional periodical in Russia and other FSU (Former Soviet Union) countries.

Since 1994 the journal has been highlighting the strategy of the major participants in the industry of cashless payments and retail banking, operation of payment systems and solutions in these spheres, the questions of risk-management, security and counteraction to fraud.
