European Commission Plans to Expand the Rights of Internet Buyers

According to BBC News, the European Commission suggests to expand the rights of clients of the on-line shops. As expected, the new rules will help to preserve the buyers’ loyalty and to increase sales in the European Internet shops which is especially critical during the economic crisis. Today on-line purchases are made by almost a third of population in the EU countries.
