Khanty-Mansiysk Bank has opened an office of new technologies
Khanty-Mansiysk Bank has opened an office, which works on essentially new technologies of customer servicing.
In a Bank’s office, which is located in the center of Khanty-Mansiysk, there is a zone of 24x7 service with an access by a card. Customers can take all services, provided by an АТМ with a cash-in function, an information kiosk, and in the nearest future even Internet banking service.
Also, for customer convenience there is an “electronic turn” which allocates customers according to operations and work load of bank specialists.
One more innovation is installation of so-called “electronic cashiers”, which are almost completely replacing regular cashiers, that considerably reduces time of customer serving.
