North Americans prefer self-service

The third annual NCR Self-Service Consumer survey revealed that 86 percent of U.S. and Canadian consumers are more likely to do business with a company that offers the flexibility to interact using self-service channels, such as the Internet, mobile devices, kiosks, self-checkout terminals, and ATMs.
