SMS Banking from Kazkommertsbank is now available for NEO subscribers

Early in May, 2008, Kazkommertsbank and NEO mobile operator launched a joint project – SMS Banking services. Due to the given service the NEO subscribers now can manage their personal card accounts by means of their mobile phones.
