According to the information as of October, 15th, 2008, the project «Driver’s Card» based on technologies of Russian payment system Golden Crown, will develop in 20 Russian cities. In the near future, this list will be filled up with Krasnoyarsk, Omsk and Gorno-Altaisk. The issue of «Driver’s Cards» will be carried out by: branch OPSB of OTP Bank (Omsk), the Yenisei United bank (Krasnoyarsk), «El Bank» and bank "Noosphere" (Gorno-Altaisk).
