In London, the rate «LIBOR» on which banks finance each other for the term of up to 3 months, for dollar credits has decreased to the lowest level for the last half a year – 4.6 %. Cost of three-monthly credits in euro has fallen to a minimum from the beginning of year – 5.2 %.
