Gartner – the Realistic Forecast of the IT Market for 2009

Taking into account an economic crisis, experts of Gartner have lowered more than twice the previous forecast of the IT expenses growth for 2009. Nevertheless, according to analysts of Gartner, recession in IT branch will be not as sharp as after crash a pillbox-koms in 2001.
