Issuing and servicing of e-cash system www.webmoney.eu is launched in Latvia. The Latvian company "Digimoney" has acted as operator of e-cash system WebMoney. E-cash WebMoney (WM Notes), issued in accordance with the European legislation requirements, is electronic substitute and equivalent of cash. With its help, users can make small size instant payments for goods and services. Users store WM Notes on electronic devices and manage them using access codes.
