NBU Approved the Rules for Financial Rehabilitation

National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has approved a special Procedure of Actions for financial rehabilitation of banks. The document is approved by decision of NBU from December, 1st, 2008, and inures since December, 29th, 2009.

The Procedure establishes conditions and requirements on the implementation of measures on financial rehabilitation of banks, in particular with the assistance of the state.
