Dalcombank sponsored by Moscow Bank for Reconstruction and Development (MBRD) received Associated Member status of the IPS Visa Inc. In the nearest future Dalcombank will start Visa payment cards issuing and acquiring. The Bank’s development strategy in 2009 forecasts significant extension of the range of services for card holders.
