The first in Nizhni Novgorod self-service payment terminal for cars refuelling - APT INPAS - has started its operation at Volga-Petroleum gas & petrol station.
Payment terminal, serviced by Volgo-Vyatsky Bank of Savings Bank of Russia, accepts for payment both bank cards, and fuel cards of the company, allowing to raise the quality and speed of service operations and hence to satisfy more clients and eliminate cues at the petrol station.
Why the project is so special? The project of installation APT INPAS self-service payment terminal is important because it's the first terminal which allows to accept a variety of plastic cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, SBERCARD, fuel cards (in this case – Volga-petroleum card), and it also provides cash payment. Thus, the project in Nizhni Novgorod demonstrates that APT INPAS can provide practically all possible ways of payments at the gas & petrol station, the terminal works 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week without any operators. Installation of APT INPAS gives petrol station holders to raise the speed and quality of service operations.
As Pavel Ivanov, Director of bank cards management of Volgo-Vyatsky bank has noted: “One of the key tasks for Savings Bank is constant perfection and expansion of services given to clients - owners of bank cards. In the long term similar self-service equipment is planned to be installed in other places of petrol stations, near to filling terminal so that for the driver there was no need to go to cash desk”.
Ilya Korobov, Commercial Director of INPAS Company comments: “Nizhni Novgorod is an excellent city for a start-up project with gasoline stations. Now the citizens can avoid cueing when they want to pay for fuel to fill-in their cars, they even can remain inside the car and still easily pay through the terminal. Just use APT INPAS which is installed right next to the filling station and pay for the fuel. In the future it will be also possible to carry out payments towards third parties which are very convenient if you want to pay for some other services”.
