The total number of Belarus national payment system BelCard’s magnetic cards, personalized by Banking Processing Center exceeded 500,000 on June 2, 2009. Banks members of BelCard reached this result within 10 months.

The shares of main banks-issuers BelCard cards are:

• BPS-Bank – 61%;
• Belagroprombank – 18%;
• Belinvestbank – 13%;
• Belarusbank – 7%;
• National Bank of the Republic of Belarus – less than 1%;
• Delta Bank – less than 1%.
