Sberbank of Russia reduced interest rate for credit “For Emergency Needs” (without backing and guarantee) by 2.5%, from 24.5% to 22% per annum. The Bank also introduces a new product for individuals – “Consumer Credit” (with guarantee) with 20% annual interest rate.
