Under the terms of the action, executives of companies-corporate clients as well as VIP-clients of MTS can get an MTS.Card card, just showing in the bank office a special MTS certificate on an MTS.Card card, which is issued free-of-charge and has a zero credit limit and no annual fees for its service.
