Rostelecom, a single executor of infrastructure formation works for the electronic government within the terms of the Federal special-purpose program Electronic Russia, has appointed the director of Electronic government program. Analysts say,that considering the special government’s care for this program, a great responsibility rests with the head of the project, including funds expenditure.
Valery Zubakha is appointed as the director of Electronic government project. Before it, he was a deputy director of Department for information of Moscow.
“Valery Zubakha is a highly qualified specialist with a great experience, that’s why he is appointed to be the head of Electronic government program,” – Anton Kolpakov, CEO of Rostelecom, comments.
