On November 25, 2009, Dmitry Medvedev, the President of Russia, has signed the Federal Act 266 “On the modification of the Federal Act “On the personal data” concerning the realization of the international agreements of the Russian Federation on readmission”.
This new Act is supplemented with positions of the Federal Act “On the personal data” which enable processing personal data of those persons who are within the scope of the international agreements of the Russian Federation on readmission.
Suggested amendments into the Federal Act “On the personal data” will enable not to ask the person, who is the subject of readmission, for agree on processing his personal data and, it will raise the efficiency of realization of the international agreements of the Russian Federation on readmission.
