According to the information published in The Bank of Russia Bulletin (№73 (1164)), on July 1, 2010, the Central Bank of Russia will introduce new money transfer tariffs.
Money transfer tariffs (not online) will be raised by 30–40% on the average. Also, the rise will cover information services in Bank electronic express payments system (by 30%), as well as services on providing a paper copy of electronic document (by 20%).
Besides, the Central Bank will raise discounts in Bank electronic express payments system in tens times. Now discounts from tariffs are established for payment of 5,000 transfers, and their size varies from 0.1% to 0.5%. From July 1, 2010, to get a discount you will need to make over 300 pay–offs, and it will be 4–6%.
