By December 23, 2009, more than a million customers of Sberbank of Russia have concluded universal banking service contracts (UBSC). This technology is implemented in 15 Sberbank’s territorial banks (9,330 branches).
The customer concludes UBSC, introduced on July 1, 2009, in order to go through the identification process just once and further get all general banking products and services on the simplified scheme, not to conclude any additional separate agreements as it was earlier.
