The system of remittances “Zolotaya Korona – Denezhnye perevody” has summed up the results of 2009.  Within the first quarter of 2009 the share of the market of remittances grew from 4% to 10%. In the third quarter of 2009 the number of transfers exceeded 2 million operations that was by 4.4 times as much as in 2008. Thus, 63% of transfers were made in roubles and 37% – in other currencies.

Ivan Sitnov, Director of Zolotaya Korona – Denezhnye perevody system declared, that the turnover of the system grew almost by 4 times as against of 2008, while the market, following the results of the first three quarters of 2009, got fallen by 30%.

In 2009 48 new banks, which branch network covers Russia and the CIS countries, joined the system.
