As information web portal www.plusworld.org has reported, at the meeting of the Russian Government’s Commission for Regional Development, held on February 8, 2010, in Ufa, Sberbank of Russia and URALSIB Bank demonstrated options of a new unified federal information and payment system “Universal Electronic Card” (see Sberbank of Russia and URALSIB integrate social projects). The system was developed by the banks with active support of PEAK Systems and INPAS companies. It allows to provide governmental (municipal) and financial services throughout Russia by means of the unified electronic card and on the basis of the common standards of interaction.
PEAK Systems Company together with its partner – INPAS Company constantly keep expanding a range of options, this system provides. They have developed a solution, which allows to provide recipient–oriented informing (including access to the governmental services) of holders of social cards, issued by different banks. They demonstrated this option at the meeting of the Russian Government’s Commission for Regional Development.
Before a social card holder could get info about his personal pension account in the Compulsory Pension Insurance System of the Russian Pension Fund only within the network of his bank–issuer, but now in Ufa banks and developers demonstrated that this information is availible in all ATMs of partner banks.
