German Gref, President and Chairman of the Board of Sberbank of Russia, and Alexander Tkachev, Governor of Krasnodar region, signed the agreement on intentions between Sberbank of Russia and Administration of Krasnodar region. The agreement concerns the questions of Social card project implementation in the region.
This social card in combination with various applications would be used to get social allowances and governmental services. The Social card helps to simplify granting privileges, to improve service level, to control over the budget expenditures.
