The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine suggests approving conditions of merchants’ transfer on compulsory acceptance of special means of payment for goods (or services). It is suggested that merchants, that accept payments for goods or services using cash registers should also accept special means of payment through payment terminals. And the price of goods (services) should be the same, whether you pay by special means of payment or by cash.
The number of payment terminals at any point of sales should be not less than 50% of the number of cash registers. If there is only one cash register at the point of sale the merchant is obliged to facilitate acceptance of special means of payment as well.
