According to StatBanker financial statistics agency, inhabitants of Chukotka Autonomous District are the biggest ATM cash withdrawers.
The average sum of the withdrawal is 10,360 roubles. Moscow (incl. Moscow region) takes only the second place: inhabitants of this region withdraw cash from their card accounts, 8,455 roubles at a time, in average.
The least average sums of cash withdrawal are recorded in the Udmurt Republic (3,108 roubles), and also in Pskov region and the Chuvash Republic (3,112 roubles).
StatBanker notices, that in 2009 the average sum of cash withdrawal in a whole across Russia totaled 5,200 roubles, while the average card payment for goods and services was only 1,600 roubles. In 2009 Russians paid less by cards (in 2008 the average payment was 2,000 roubles).
