URALSIB Bank is going to increase its card issue in 2010 by 20–30%, apart from social cards.
As of the end of 2009, URALSIB Bank issued 4 million cards, 10% of which are credit ones. In 2011 Bank plans to reach the level of 1 million cards issued per year.
