The conditions of the agreement include the delivery of the Wincor Nixdorf’s mono– and multifunctional ATMs and the service support of ATMs in the territory of the Russian Federation.

The bank branches will be supplied with 300 ProСash 2000xe/2050xe and ProCash 2100xe CCDM/2150xe CCDM ATMs. Today the banking base of VTB24 includes 4500 ATMs, 1200 from them are produced by Wincor Nixdorf.

Besides the delivery of the equipment and the customization of the software, the EMV upgrade is planed on the Wincor Nixdorf’s ATMs base.

In the current year Wincor Nixdorf continues to improve the quality of the service support and broaden the area of the service covering in the areas where VTB24 is presented. It is planned to increase appreciably the availability of the ATMs and to reduce the downtime of the equipment, bringing the functioning of the network of the VTB24 ATMs to conformity with international standards of service.
