According to Igor Kudrin, Deputy Head of Banking Technologies Department of Lanit Company, the potential of Armenian ATM market is over 70 ATMs to be installed per annum. He declared this during the presentation of recent models of ATMs and Teller cash recycler (TCR) of Diebold Company, held in Yerevan.
Igor Kudrin said, that Diebold had some regular clients and partners among Armenian banks, and it can expand its cooperation with other banks, also.
In his turn, Gagyk Grygoryan, Security Deputy Director of Armenian Card, noticed that today banks of Armenia install ATMs of three vendors – Diebold, NCR and Wincor Nixdorf. All АТМs, as he said, comply with PCI DSS standard.
