According to MTS annual report, the monthly payment of the MTS subscriber during the crisis 2009 decreased from 261 to 247 roubles (by 5%).
Vympelcom’s ARPU has decreased by 7 % to 316.9 roubles. Subscribers of MegaFone now pay 320 roubles per month, in average, that is by 13% as less as a year ago.
Totally during 2009 MTS and Vympelcom increased their Russian subscriber bases by 4.5% and 2.2% accordingly. At the same time, the base of MegaFone reduced by 3.2%. And in the fourth quarter of 2009 the number of Russian subscribers of all these operators reduced.
