Commercial Bank of Moscow: non–personalized prepaid cards

In May, 2010, Commercial Bank of Moscow has started to issue non–personalized instant issue prepaid bank cards. The card holders can use these cards to pay for their purchases in Internet shops, to exchange currency, to withdraw cash via ATMs, to pay for goods and services, to make money transfers, and also to give it to somebody as a present.
