The
National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) Private Money Transfers Review shows that the
total volume of international private money transfers to Ukraine
(including payroll and private transfers accounted under IMF methods) measures
to USD 5.4 billion in 2009.
According
to NBU, the transfers in 2009 were 13.1% less than in 2008 (USD 6.2 billion), and
9.1% more than in 2007 (USD 4.9 billion).
