AVANGARD Bank Presents its Active Customers with Metro MasterCard

AVANGARD Bank has started to present its active customers with Metro MasterCards free of issue and annual fees. Annual fees do not apply if the average monthly turnover for purchase of goods/services and cash withdrawals is no less than 20,000 rubles within past 12 months. If a card account has been opened less than a year ago, total account turnover should be no less than 240,000 rubles.
