bank announced establishment of Universal Electronic Card OJSC
The company was established with the
following purposes:
Creation of the single payment and information system and
providing information and banking services;
Creation of the single identification, payment and information tool
– Universal electronic card, required by all the system’s members and
users;
Providing safe and effective methods and technologies of
providing and payments for the electronic state and commercial services
(goods);
Promoting municipal and region services through the commercial
acquiring network. Integration of the applications for getting and paying
for the state and commercial services with a single card. Maximization of the
consumer characteristics for a citizen by expanding its functions
(multi-application card);
Developmentoftherangeofaddressservicesprovidedviaelectronicchannelswithmultifunctionalsmart-card;
Improving manageability of the address services both for the state
entities and for the citizens;
Improving consumer qualities and characteristics of the
services provided;
Development of the universal technologies to be used by the state
authorities and by the business;
Providing consulting services for the electronic cards users.
Each shareholder of the company has many years
of experience in launching and managing various card products and an expertise in
the social projects area.
