The State Duma of RF approved amendments to the bailiffs and enforcement proceedings laws. These amendments allow the bailiffs to get personal information of individual debtors. One of the authors of the law, Head of the Duma Constitutional Law and State Development Committee
Vladimir Piligin said that is doesn’t mean providing bailiffs with the information about phone conversations of a subscriber. It wouldn’t also be possible to deduct the amount of the debt from the subscriber’s account. This option can be discussed if the debt is higher than 5 thousand rubles.
