The press-service of Central Bank of AzerbaijanRepublic
informs that quantity of cash-dispensers in AzerbaijanRepublic
on 1st of June 2010 was 1752 pieces. In comparison with the same period of last
year this index more on a 170 pieces. On 1st of June of current year 979
cash-dispensers located in Baku,
773 of them in other cities and regions.
In this period the quantity of Pos-terminals in AzerbaijanRepublic
was 8801. In
comparison with the same period of last year this indicator 280 pieces more. At
present period 8013 pos-terminals located in Baku city, 788 of them are in other regions.
Payment cards on turnover in AzerbaijanRepublic on 1st of June
2010 were 4,120 pieces. In comparison with the same period of last year this
index more on a 8%.
The quantity of bank operations made with payment cards and pos-terminals was
3972. 95.5 % from this was a debit card.
