One of the largest retailers – Eldorado retail network stopped cooperating with the Russian Standard Bank after July 25, 2010. According to the media this information was confirmed both by the bank and the retailer.
“We have certain requirements to the banks as our partners, but we were not able to agree with the Russian Standard Bank on some of these requirements. That’s why we are going to terminate our partnership” – said PR Director of Eldorado Sergey Pavlov. According to the information provided by the Russian Standard bank it has been strategic partner of the network for a long time and it’s unfortunate that the shareholders of Eldorado decided to break this long term cooperation. Vice President of the bank Artyom Lebedev said that termination of the partnership with one of the largest Russian retailers won’t influence the bank’s business.
