Halyk Bank: the first mobile commerce project in Kazakhstan

Halyk Bank jointly with KaR-Tel Company and Visa Int. launched the first joint project in the Kazakhstan market within the framework of which Halyk Bank applet will be installed into Beeline SIM card.
