Will Russian Post get blocking shares of the Post Bank?

According to the General Director of the Federal State Unitary Enretprise Russian Post lexander Kiselev, Russian Post is going to get no less than blocking shares of the Post Bank that is being established by the Vnesheconombank on the basis of Svyaz-bank.

However Mr. Kiselev mentioned that the government will control Post Bank anyway and will make a final decision on distribution of the shares in the capital of the financial institution.
