Governor of Saratov
region Pavel Ipatov and Chairman of Sberbank of Russia German Gref signed an
agreement on implementation of the project “Social card of the region
resident”. Launching of the pilot project is scheduled for 2011-2012.
At the first stage it will be possible to get all the social benefits with
this card and to exercise the right to the free use of public transport for the
persons entitled to benefits. Besides the cardholder will be able to use “social
discount” by showing the card at the retail networks – members of the project.
