(Moscow Region) is going to hand out cash loans in Russian rubles to unemployed
pensioners for the purposes not related to business activities.
Loans for the
pensioners are being handed out in Moscow, Moscow, Ryazan, Tver, Tula and Yaroslavl
regions. All RF citizens, residents of the region that will issue the loan, with
a stable income in the form of pension provision that will allow timely pay out
the loan, can apply for a loan. The applier’s age at the moment of entering the
agreement shouldn’t exceed 70 years.
