29-12-10 Bank of Russia: 694 lending institutions engage in issuing and acquiring of payment cards
According to the Bank of Russia as of December 28, 2010 there were 694 lending institutions that carry on issuing and acquiring of bank cards. The number of issuers equaled to 666; the number of acquirers – 618.
