On August
20, 2010 during the general shareholders’ meeting of ZAO Sberkarta it was unanimously
decided to proceed with its voluntary liquidation.
ZAO Sberkarta
was founded in October 2005 by Sberbank of Russia, NRB, Interregional
Investment bank, RG-Leasing and BGS SmartCard SystemsA.G. (Austria). It was operator of the United Russian Payment
System (URPS).
