According to the Russian National Association of Electronic
Trade Participants (NAUREP) the total amount of the instant payments market in
the 1
st half of 2010 was 354 billion rubles, which is by 18.4%
higher than this statistics for the same period of 2009 (299 billion rubles).
The sum of the average
payment in the 1st half of 2010 grew up to 123 rubles. The total
number of payments during the period was 2.87 billion.
Three leading players of
the instant payments market still keep their positions. Those are QIWI, CyberPlat
and Elexnet with the total market shares of 49%, 25% and 7% respectively.
