In September 2010 a 3 millionth BelCart card with magnetic stripe was personalized by the Banking processing center (Belarus).
As of the 1st of October the shares of the banks in the total BelCart-M issue were the following:
1. ASB Belarusbank– 60,2 %;
2. BPS-Bank– 18,4 %;
3. Belagroprombank – 14,1 %;
4. Belinvestbank – 6,9 %;
Other banks – less than 11 %.
It took the banks a little more that 2 years to issue 3 millions of BelCart-M cards.
