The ALLURE Instant Money Transfer System has been operating in the Russian market since 2002 and is represented in more than 700 offices in over 300 cities in Russia. Outside of Russia, the System's participants in Abkhazia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Israel, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Moldavia, Tadjikistan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine (about 5000 offices altogether) work with ALLURE money transfers. The system offers flat rates stimulating the customers to make medium and large amount transfers at the rate from 1.3 % to 0.3% in Russian Roubles and from 2% to 0.7% in foreign currency. A partner bank's proceeds in the System are 40% of the commission charged to customers for accepting and paying out money transfer amounts. More than 50 banks in Russia and the CIS are partners in the System.
