	Richard Harris - Visa International Regional Head of E-Commerce CEMEA Richard started his career by writing e-commerce payments systems for small merchants shortly after leaving University in 1996 and has worked in the e-commerce industry throughout a 15-year career focused on internet payment technology - most notably with Dell Computer as lead store programmer on Dell.eu and at PayPal where he managed the launch of Website Payments Pro into the UK. Mr Harrisoversees the growth of e-commerce for Visa in the fast developing region of CEMEA. Richard specialises in consulting for e-commerce growth and new product launches for financial institutions and merchants and is a regular speaker on fraud, risk and best practice in the online payments space at both Visa-sponsored and general industry events. 	Oleg V. Veremeychik – Head of the Information Technology Chief Directorate of the National bank of the Republic of Belarus Head Manager of Single Information Space development project. Till 2008 worked at several commercial banks of the Republic of Belarus in IT and card business areas. Has an experience of launching the first Belarus e-commerce project.
	Dr. Victor Dostov - Chairman of Russian Electronic Money Association Director for Retail Payments of Tavrichesky Bank Managing partner and Board member of Paycash group PayCash for 10 years deals with technological development, investments, operating and consulting for hi-tech payment systems in exUSSR and worldwide. PayCash group operates and provide licenses for Yandex.Money, Mobile.Wallet, iDealer (Russia), MonetaExpress (US) and other companies. Main areas of PayCash business are currently mobile payments and contactless applications. Also worked for Russian National Electronic Trade Association, Electronic Payment Taskforces in Central Bank and Infocommunication Union. He also represents Russian Infocommunication Union in Mobey Forum and GSMA. He is co-author in two books on electronic payment regulation and author of numerous articles. Being involved in e-payment development in Russia from very beginning, Victor is one of leading analysts in local regulation and technology issues.
	Igor Goldovskiy - Payment Technologies CEO Leading expert in plastic cards payment technology. The author of such books as: “Security in E-commerce” , “EMV microprocessor cards”, “EMV- bank cards”, “Microprocessor bank cards” and co-author of “Payment cards. Business encyclopedia”. Amember of MasterCard European Operations Advisory Committee since 1996.
	Aleksey Golenischev - Alfa-Bank Head of the Payment Systems Departament Management of dispute procedures, security & risk management, compliance procedures, monitoring, fraud & loss prevention, interaction with Payment Systems. Took part in many international fraud prevention conferences and seminars. It was repeatedly awarded with the premium from Visa Int. under the program of encouragement of employees of the banks which have brought the significant contribution to business of a safety of operations with payment cards in the Russian market.
	Youri V. Demidovich – Senior Vice President for business development of Commercial Bank “1-st Processing Bank” (Joint-stock company) In 1988 graduated from Moscow State Technical University n.a. N.E. Bauman 1991-2005г. – Executive Vice president for business development of BGS SmartCard Systems AG 2005-2007г. – General Director of “Sberkard” CJSC
	Alexander Magataev – HandySolutions Vice-president Mr.Magataev graduated from physics department of Moscow State University. He is an expert in banking technology, internet-banking, mobile banking, internet-payments security, analyst of e-payments market. HandySolutions is a designer and operator of HandyBank, which is a multibank system providing customers with online-access to ther card account from any PC or mobile phone.
	Sergei Ambrosimov – Megafon (Moscow branch) Head of special corporate projects department in Graduated from Moscow State Technical University n.a. N.E. Bauman. Cand. Sc. {Physics and Mathematics} 10 years experience in tecomunications. For now Mr. Ambrosimove is dealing with managing business services market and m-commerce.
	Dmitrii Agureev – General Director of “Mobile Payment Services” LLC More than 15 years of experience in banking sector. Worked in “Inkombank”, “Guta-Bank”, “The Joint Stock Commercial Bank “Moscow Bank for Reconstruction and Development”, “Asian-Pacific Bank”. For the last 10 years he’s been managing bank cards, remote customer services and e-payments projects. He implemented several joint projects with the biggest mobile operators and retail companies. He launched internet and mobile banking systems development projects. Now he’s a Head of “Mobile Payment Services” and organizes remote financial services for processing of transactions made with payment cards for banks and enterprises in the area of m-commerce and i-commerce.
	Karl T. Summanen – Vice President, Head of Banking Processes and Technologies Department, “Bank VTB” OJSC Was born on March 22, 1959 in Moscow. In 1982 graduated from Moscow Physics and Technology Institute, in 1985 finished postgraduate studies at Moscow Physics and Technology Institute, in 1985 graduated from Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
	Elena Zaharova – Center of Financial Technologies, Account Director. Faktura.ru Graduated from Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management majoring in Economy and Business. For more than 8 years has been working in the area of internet banking and mobile banking. Her career activity is strategic development and promotion of the major RF processing center Factura.ru, affiliating more than 220 RF banks, on the banking services market.  She was in charge of the projects of remote banking services installation and support for the following banks: MDM Bank, URALSIB-YUG BANK, First Republic Bank, Chelyabinvestbank, Orient Express Bank,  NOMOS-Bank (Siberia), Municipal Bank of Novosibirsk, Standard Bank and others.
