Insiders Become More Dangerous Than Hackers

As a result of a poll of about 100 IT-directors, undertaken during Infosecurity Europe Exhibition in London, analysts from Secure Computing came to the following conclusion: at present internal (insider) threats are even more dangerous than hacker attacks. Thus, over 80 % of the respondents consider insider threats as their highest priority. And only 17 % of the polled experts believe that hackers are still the main hazard.
