According to a forecast of ComNews Research Company, in the 4th quarter of 2008, the global financial crisis will slow down the gain growth rates of the cellular telecom companies in Russia and CIS countries. A major factor of the changing growth dynamics will be not a decrease in the consumption of services, but «washing out» of the operators’ incomes.
