Putin Promised Small Business to Rid Them of Cash Registers

Vladimir Putin, Russian Prime Minister, spoke to the delegates of All-Russia Forum for Small and Medium Business. Prime Minister offered to save business owners paying imputed earnings tax from using of cash registers. Mr. Putin noticed that in case of imputed earnings, tax doesn’t depend on income, and protection of consumers’ rights is possible by using simpler and low-price equipment.
