Central Bank of the Russian Federation threatens to deprive of
financing those banks which will continue increasing individuals’
deposit rates. According to the first Deputy Chairman of the Central
Bank of Russia Alexey Ulyukaev, the Bank plans to combat with the
growth of deposit rates.
