Northern bank of Sberbank of Russia has opened two automated self-service bank mini-offices of 24x7 access in Yaroslavl (in Dzerzhinsky district). Northern bank is the first bank in the system of Sberbank of Russia, which has bought and established such offices.
Adopting such modules Sberbank will be able to optimize operations of its standard divisions: transferring a part of operations to the modules, Sberbank tries to reduce a waiting time of its customers at getting other services.
At present in Yaroslavl Sberbank has 53 bank offices, 120 АТМs and more than 100 information-payment terminals. And till the end of 2009 it’s going to establish 5-6 more such mini-offices here.
